01 · The Story

From Mogok, two stones that waited for each other.

The Burmese Pair began as a single stone: the 21.43-carat necklace, acquired at auction in 2008. The earrings arrived three years later, from a different source, in a colour that made the match inevitable.

Both pieces carry triple certification: GRS (2008) for origin and treatment; GIA (2014) for technical grading; and GL (2018) for a final independent evaluation. The three-report format is the house’s standard for significant Burmese stones.

The pair is offered together. The house does not divide matched sets.

A note from the house

“The 21.43-carat necklace stone is the finest Burmese ruby certified this decade. The match with the earrings, in colour, in tone, in weight, is the kind of coincidence that takes years to find.”

03 · From the Workshop

Built around the stone, never the other way.

The 21.43-carat necklace stone was the foundation of the Pair. The mount was designed to carry the stone with minimal metal visible from the front, the result of six prototype settings before the final version was approved.
